Problems in AK

It has been very difficult this time getting this blogspot to work. Talking with others and the've had the same kind of problems. Can't upload pictures. I've downloaded chrome which I've never needed before and uploaded one picture and it quit again. I'll keep trying and when I do it will be full of pictures. later.

I've had problems with my blogspot. This is a trial posting and it seems to work. This picture was taken while in Goshen, IN. It was 23 degrees that morning. Notice the Icicle from the faucet to the ground.

On the Road again.

We left Goshen, IN yesterday after six weeks of preparing for and having a GREAT rally. Their were many obstacles thrown our way and just like the many others we over came them all. We had snow, rain, wind and sun. The Elkhart County Fairground's had a lot happening at the same time. It was a busy place. We really enjoy the Amish country side and oh the FOOD. I think everyone added POUNDS.

The first of what we hope will be many a happy post. We left Lyerly GA this morning at 8:45 AM and travel to Berea KY where we stopped for tonight. Only about 270 miles but for the first day for Bea, it was a long one. Hey we are all safe and sound. Tomorrow will be another day. We'll make Celina Ohio and Thursday onto Goshen, IN. Will post pictures as we take them along the way. 04/08/14

New trip to Alaska via Goshen, IN

Getting ready to leave on another trip to Alaska via Goshen and the Escapade. We'll be leaving Bushnell in just a few days headed north. Taking the truck camper up to Elaine's on Tuesday and then back, a week later the fifth wheel head's to north Georgia for the summer. Then it'll be back down for the truck camper and north bound. More as we go.

I almost forgot this one. Fran was promised a call girl on this Cruise, However this is as close as it gets. He does not look to displeased but I'm not sure what he is looking at off to his left. He did scrub up good for the event.

Regardless of what some people say, I have proof that they scrub up Nicely. Don't they look Great. We love em.

We're in Cozumel, Mexico on the big boat, Carnival Legend (on the left). Having Fun.

Just a few days out at sea and some people act their age. It's her birthday and she is Hungry (as always). No she is not pitching a fit, she is eating with her new Spoon and Fork.

This is a Cashew just off the tree. The nut is attached to the tree and the fruit ot the nut. When roasting the nut puts off a toxic fume that causes a person to go blind ( same chemical as in poison ivy). The fruit is used for making jelly's and Wine. Only one nut per pod. That's why they are expensive. This is in Belize where they have cheap Medication and Liquor.

We visited the Mayan Ruins in Belize. A good Bus Trip and very educational.

Our boat is awaiting to get the anchor out of the water and  move onto Honduras.

Arriving in Honduras on the Isle of Roatan. What a beautiful place. We had a great time here.

Carnival does price match. They had on board Crown Reserve for $36.99 and I found this in the Cayman Islands for $31.00 took a picture and they gave me a credit on the four bottles that I'd purchased. Also found Crown XR for only $134.00 a bottle.

The last day on board and this is how we all felt not wanting to get off. It was a great trip. The weather was the best and the food. The company we shared what more is there to say than LET'S DO IT AGAIN AND SOON. Come and join us next trip.
